A declaration of your business activities should include a list of goods and services associated with the trademark.
Legalisation of documents is not required. Once signed, the Power of Attorney and Declaration of Business Activity can simply be returned to us via email, streamlining the process for your convenience.
An application fee is required at the time of filing the trademark application.
Once the trademark has been accepted by the Trademark Office, Final Fees are payable to secure the registration.
Depending on the specific nature of your trademark and jurisdiction, additional documents may be needed. Trademarks with non-Latin characters or unique designs, for example, may require extra descriptions or transliterations.
